Jen’s Internal Comms Story
Jennifer’s health care company announced a significant change to their PTO policy and HR was awaiting feedback from employees after asking comms to send an email. For the first 48 hours, HR didn’t get a peep — uh oh. So naturally, the HR team wondered if people hadn’t read the newsletter. And then they asked Jen’s team to send more communications about it.
