How do I get a refund for the remaining time on my Bananatag subscription?
Refunds will automatically be issued to the original method of payment. As refunds may take some time to appear on your credit card statement, please wait until February 15th, 2022 before contacting our support team if you don’t see your refund.
Will I still be able to access email stats reports or other data in my account?
No, you will need to export any data you wish to keep from Bananatag prior to 11:59pm PST on January 31, 2022.
Will I still receive open and/or click notifications for emails sent before January 31st?
No, open and click notifications will no longer be sent after January 31st.
