Over the past 10 years, thousands of people have used Bananatag to track their emails. While we’re grateful for each and every one of you, it’s time to say goodbye as we refocus our efforts on our enterprise internal communications product (which can be found here).

If you’re a paying user with a subscription that extends beyond this date, we will refund the prorated amount to your original method of payment. In the meantime, you can still log into Bananatag using the button above.

How do I get a refund for the remaining time on my Bananatag subscription?

Refunds will automatically be issued to the original method of payment. As refunds may take some time to appear on your credit card statement, please wait until February 15th, 2022 before contacting our support team if you don’t see your refund.

Can you suggest another email tracking tool?

If you’re looking to track internal employee email, we’re still here for you. For tracking external sales or personal email, we’d check out either Yesware or Mailtrack.

Will I still be able to access email stats reports or other data in my account?

No, you will need to export any data you wish to keep from Bananatag prior to 11:59pm PST on January 31, 2022.
